Acid cause tile-damage

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Compared to your first impression, I actually mean what the topic says.
I suggest that acid cause damage to grass which turns it into dirt.
I suggest that acid cause damage to floor tiles underneath.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Gives work, is kind of neat to make the greytide panic.
Immersion quality improvement.
I'm tired, but you get the idea.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
If a xeno dies, it on-the-spot damage the tile depending of what it is.
If it's grass it burns the grass.
If it's a floor tile it breaks it, POSSIBLY causing 5% damage to tiles within a list registered as being ship-side.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
