Bug Description:
When I attempted to evolve when we were at the tier 2 limit from Drone to Carrier. It gave me the message notifying we were at the limit and then proceeded to use up all my stored jelly anyways. Not sure if this happens with all evolutions.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have full Jelly
2. Attempt to Evolve when at tier 2 limit from Drone to Carrier

Jelly no longer a thing, therefore it is no longer a relevant bug.
