claymores in water can we not

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

to remove the ability to put claymores in water unless BY LORE they are water proof or some shit and can detonate under water like a water land mine.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

aliens dont get one tapped (tier ones) in water when they cross, this has happended like one or twice to me. runner life :(

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

you'd get a prompt when you try to set it up in water like "yea its not water proof kid"

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

dont know much about code cus im dumb but if you can make it so the certain tiles (water ones duh) make it so you cant put it down on those tiles then that would be gr8.

Claymores ARE waterproof, and CAN be detonated under-water.
