Switch the Spec weapons in the Supply drop for special guns

Actually a very solid idea. Supply drops are very confusing. We have a lot more goodies to fill them with now

New rules make the supply drops legit useless for anyone except for command for protection i guess. Should be made up of good sidearms, battle rifles, HPR's, marksmen rifles, tactical shoties, etc. +1

I myself also thought of this.

After today's round, with Feweh getting upset after being bombarded with angry Adhelps due to people being told they couldn't use most of the weapons in a recent supply-drop, I think it would be a good idea if they reworked it to contain more Standard-friendly weapons so that the admins don't have to spend so much time reminding marines which weapons they are allowed to use.

I'd still like Sadars to be in drops (if marines are allowed to use em) though.. They are pretty cool.
