Standard USCM uniforms hold a single throwing knife

Alright so many marines are going down without webbing and a shoulder holster. Mainly standards nowadays. I suggest that we add an ability to put a throwing knife on the uniform with no webbing or shoulder holster to promote the use of a throwing knife. Similar to putting a combat knife in your boot.

What about adding a throwing knife webbing to the normal marine prep vendors? Just webbings (possibly with a new name, like throwing knife harness that attaches to uniform) with 3 throwing knives already in them (since normal webbing has three slots already), like how the flares got moved into a box. Having the uniforms detect if a knife is loaded to determine if an attachment can be used or not seems more complicated.
