Bug Description:
After last update you can't load hacked items into vendors. Yes, it's a bug, cause same applied for newly added B-M list in cargo vendors.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hack any vendor.
2. Try to load something hidden listed in it.
3. Urist McMarine hits vendor with an item.
