Bug Description:
Flak jacket sprite is missing from inventory and locker. Cannot be removed from the player but can be examined in exo-suit slot.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Re-add sprite
2. Make sure it's re-added
3. Trial run sprite re-adding with test dummies
