Moveable platforms

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Give engineers moveable platforms that they can build.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It will give engineers more options to tinker and make crazy machines, my favorite part of being an MT.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Have a 1x1 platform able to be made by attaching a floor tile to wheels or something, that you can walk on and build stuff on. Thing of it like a trolley platform but buildable and pullable. Anyways, have multiple of these able to be attached together and taken apart with a welder so that you could move each peace individually to get them through doors and what-not. With this, you could in theory build a bunker that marines could put together piece by piece once they get groundside, or something cool like that. It'd give the engineers much more to do after they've set up the engine and what-not, and could actually have them able to help the marines.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Likely an incredible amount of cloning.

then do what you did with the tugs and make sentries not able, say that their targetting system need to be steady or something.
