Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Basically, the idea is to give Carriers the push-priority of a Tier 3 xeno. This would be due to the fact that their size matches other T3 xenos, yet they are still able to be pushed around by T1 xenos such as the drone.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): The most obvious benefit would be preventing carriers from being pushed around. Given that thrown facehuggers cannot pass through other xenos (unlike spit), positioning for a carrier is arguably more important than for, say, a spitter.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I imagine it's a relatively straight-forward piece of coding, given the priority for other T3s.
