Give Iron Bears protection against Flashbangs.

Iron Bears need some kind of protection against flashbangs. Either by giving them some sort of flashbang eye protection or making their helmets resistant against flashbangs.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Right now, Iron Bears are no threat. Military Police can just toss a single flashbang at them and wipe them out completely while they are stunned. By removing the Iron Bear's weakness against flashbangs, Iron Bears might actually be a threat instead of a minor annoyance and free loot.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Iron Bears could get some kind of eye protection such as shades, or by giving their helmets some kind of flashbang protection. Iron Bears don't have to be entirely immune to flashbangs, but as of right now, a single flashbang can down the entire IB team for half a minute, plenty of time to completely wipe them out.
