Bug Description:
M4A3 (.45) is listed twice in the cargo arms vendor. Once in the main list, and twice in the hacked section
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use cargos arms-vendor
2. Hack arms-vendor
3. See two listed m4a3 .45's
M4a3 .45 pistol vendor name bug.
