Bug Description: Aliens can toggle desk lamps being on or off.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Find a desk lamp
2.Right click the lamp and then choose "toggle"
3.The light toggles

Ooh. That makes me want to go into the CL's quarters and smash all the lights as a sulaco xeno, then when they come in to check it out, I just...turn off the lamp. Murder ensues.
