Shorter span to hivelord evolve

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):The hivelords growth time is ridiculous ,meanwhile when drones are waiting they can do fuck all apart from weed the caves and colony., some rounds 1 drone would not be able to surround table fort in resin walls before the rasp landed with is bs I think. A runner only needs 200 growth to get hunter, yet a hivelord has to wait till 500. I don't know about everyone else but I can build a fucking lot in that time, and it annoys me cause you can never get anything properly secured and build tunnels and put sticky resin and nests in the places that need it. which is kinda the whole point of the xeno hivemind crap.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):It'll actually give the xenos a chance to buff up defence wise, because they always get fucked on that flank cause literally every fucking round, barely no one builds shit and if hunters and support are shit then everyone gets fucked and marines walk right into the hive. Because right now defence is a fucking joke, placing weeds everywhere and securing the deepest part of the hive is about as far as it gets. and that still not enough because the front hasn't been fortified so marines walk in anyway.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Just make the evolve time same as hunters please, 200 growth, sooooo much can be done in that spare time. I honestly don't give a fuck if the first upgrade stays at 800 just the first evolve cost needs to be lowered please.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):I imagine it wouldn't even hit above 5min of coding
