Bug Description:
I believe that's a Byond issue, but links in the changelog uses Internet Explorer instead of the default browser.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Changelog.
2. Click the Queen Mother link.
3. Cry as you see the horror from IE rise infront of you.

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

This is not related to CM. Byond uses IE, so that's what you get.
