Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): In some version of SS13, when you lit the cigarette with a welder, the following message appears: "You lit your cigar with a welder, what a badass" in CM it's just "You lit your cigar with a welder". Not calling you a badass.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): add a extra "what a badass" line, other players should see a message written "X lit a cigar with a welder, what a badass".

Not duplicate, those are two separated suggestions, one makes the game call you a badass while the other is to lit cigaretes from other marines.
