Planned weekend Hugger-AI event

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Turn on hugger-AI for a pre-planned event.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Fun.
Salt.
Newish.
Masochism.
No, but seriously, that'd be interesting to play, for nostalgia and difference alike.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Basically, turn on the hugger AI during a round that's pre-planned to occur and set custom event to say it's there.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Compile with the code in? Methink.


PS: Doesn't need to be a weekly thing, just a one-off would be fun (PS: 70% marine victory, show em' the might of the xenos~)

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

I wanna see marines try and clear an eggfield the safe way and get horribly, horribly hugged. Maybe turn off hugger removal damage for that one round?

I'd add in the HuggerAI codebase that huggers lose health off-weeds. Like that it somewhat balances it for far-out distances (AKA: Huggers rushing across the entire map for 1 marine)... But yea, not in main suggestion so we'll do with dying hard :p

I am going to auto-deny any future event requests. They are typically far too involved for an actual in-game event and require too much dev time. Resolved.
