Give everyone the ability to see the time
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Marines get punished for metarushing when they can't see the station time unless the Commander sets it to the display. Add a new verb that allows the station time to be displayed.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Justified punishment for metarushing. Perhaps marines won't metarush as often.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Add an IC watch called "check watch". Everyone should have a watch regardless. Even survivors.
You click it and it'll display in a new line the station time.
Addtionally: It should display when the shuttle will arrive and depart. Or I guess marines could just time it "SHUTTLE WAS CALLED AT 14:20" etc.

Really useful, Especially if you have a fixxed time for marines to be allowed north of the river. We just had a round where we ended before first MOTHER scan due to running out of stuff to do to stall. We killed every monkey, Including the ones in science, We found all the survivors, got power and lights on, Searched every dome, Etc.

+1 are there any downsides, besides this would be nice to keep track of when to launch the shuttle as PO.

It is incredibly hard to know if its been an hour yet when you are on the ground, since marines have no way to check the time other than to radio in and ask "hey commander, what time is it?" "you got somewhere else to be, marine?" So I'm all for everyone having a watch. Or at least add some time display panels to the nexus hallways.
Well, I guess the new mother updates at 30 minute intervals is a way to keep track of time, but still... I mean, you could just leave the round time visible to players like it is for ghosts in the verbs window (I forget which tab). I like the watch idea better. Plus, xenomorphs don't need to know time; they are laid back, just let the day flow naturally.
