[Research] Condensed RCD
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow for research to develop an attachment for RCDs so that they half cost or double capacity.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Makes way for various tool improvals done by research.
Interesting in-game benefits for various uses.
New research is always welcome.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
EX: Research reach lvl 5 material, lvl 4 electronic, lvl 4 electric and 2 phoron and can make the attachment.
Attachment stack on existing RCD and use current gun system to destroy the item and spawn a new one instead that's an iteration which holds stated benefits.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

PS: Tons of ideas like that could be made. Chemical spray attachments, additional abilities on RCD, possibly the idea of simply breaking down material on the RCD to make exactly what you need (glass = 1 charge of glass instead of 1 cardridge). Etc. I just want to limit it to that for now and open new ideas later.

RCD is essentially useless currently, It only works indoors and maybe on the roads (Aka where weeds can be placed) if it were changed to work everywhere it may be worth adding content to improve them, But as is it would just be a waste of RSRS incredibly incredibly limited materials.

Well I mean, it's an idea to make the path to RCD improvements available. Imagine making that + an attachment that refills 50% of material costs on capacity for deconstruct, making the RCD extremely powerful to build new structures and changing the flow of battle... Or just generally stuff like that.
As a whole, it's the researcher's fault if they fail to properly use their ressources too anyway.

Ey man we have LESS THAN 40 GLASS and ONE STACK OF METAL, Thats not enough to even make an RCD or anything meaningful. Cant really see how SS13 RCD might be shoved into 'Aluems' universe, but, if we are talking about it as already implemented thing - Id prefer complete overhaul of this device. For example instead of pretty unrealistic airlocks and iron walls building RCD may be used to construct grill and plastic walls&doors for a very small price in terms of materials and time, thus equalizing mehrinz with resin spamming aluems. +1

CE has an RCD in his locker from what I was informed. I haven't played it much lately, but the code must still be around so I'd still like it to be there for a POSSIBLE addition.
Either way, this is also a framework for future updates much like having condensed magazines or whatever for the troops. If a system or an item like this one is implemented, then future suggestions can be made based on that.
