Change dat ERTs shoes (and some other stuff)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Not sure if it has been fixed, because I haven't gone ERT for a long time, but last I checked they had polished shoes and leather satchels, and I crei erry tiem I see hardened soldiers, the best of the best,the creme of the crop, "you don't know man, you weren't there" kind of guys rolling into battle like they're going to a job interview. So I think the shoes should be changed to either jack boots or marine combat boots and the bag to marine or sec satchels. (PS change the seats to passenger seats.)

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Just for more immershun, plus being able to store knives in your boot as an ERT.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):With 1337 haxing codor skills. (or just a little bit of remapping for the chairs, and ?coding? for the shoes?)

The only ERT to have laceup shoes are the Weyland Yutani PMCs. I view them as decently formal and classy corporate murderers, hence the shiney white uniforms and the satchels.

Its worth noting their shoes are both antislip, armored and generally badass.
