Remove the Announcement for Iron Bears

Even if we make it a rule, the marines will huddle around them pretending not to suspect anything, just waiting for the slightest excuse to pull the trigger.

It's been discussed in a another thread - giving a small possibility (~30%) of the Iron Bears being friendly would prevent them being meta-massacred on the spot.

Iron Bears are so badly implemented it makes me laugh. They are the WORST ERT by a longshot, not because they fuck up the marines -- by all means blow the shit out of the Sulaco -- but because their lore and forced meta rules are IMPOSSIBLE to enforce and they are constantly a headache for everyone involved.

Give them a FAKE boarding announcement! Have it generate the PMC, Dutch, or Pizza Man message each time the bears come and then just let marines shoot them on sight. They get the element of surprise and we can stop yelling at people for shooting at them, when in reality that's what they're there for in the first place.

Also for Christ sake give their rifles and SMGs silencers so they can actually try and stealth their way through the ship if they get lucky. Get rid of the SADAR and give them a grenade launcher or a brand new RPG weapon specific to them.
