Weird ERT bug

Bug Description: I died in the war, it's ok, people die. I decide to ghost around, however, the CMO scans me to clone me. I decide to leave because I changed my mind and the medic didn't cloned me. Seconds later I get chosen for the pizza guy, but seconds later AFTER that I got cloned in my old body.

Steps to reproduce:
1.DIE, get your cloned records
2.Join as ERT when a ghost
3.Be cloned your body as ERT

This made me cry enough salt to become the pacific ocean

I am pretty sure that getting a cloning record (aka when you are scanned, dead or alive) allows the CMO to clone you no matter what happened to your body

This MIGHT break a few cloning standards, like not pulling you from another life to revive you

Can confirm, getting a cloning record will get you cloned regardless of condition, or whether you want to be cloned or not.
