Make xeno membranes as strong as walls

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Since xenos can see through walls, theres 0 reason to ever build membranes. This would make it possible to build membranes without it being a severe tactical error.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This would make membranes at least somewhat viable to be used to spice up the hive a little.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Hives are currently pretty boring, and this would help break the visual tedium.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):change a number in the code

Thoughts?

my thought is you should have made this in general discussions since you didn't really do the format for a suggestion.
