Bug Description: I was attempting to treat a man who had both internal bleeding and a broken bone in his chest, and during the surgery my tools began preforming multiple actions at once. After this, I couldn't continue the surgery at all. Note that this was done using the laser scalpel, which I imagine has less testing and is more prone to bugs than the standard scalpel, although I could be wrong. Other information includes the facts that he was attached to an IV drip, had an infected wound, and was given Tramadol just before surgery.
You start the bloodless incision on Henry Davis's chest with the laser scalpel.

You start to pry open the incision on Henry Davis's chest with the retractor.
You keep the ribcage open on Henry Davis's torso with the retractor.

(I use the FixOVein to try to treat the internal bleeding- I admit that I didn't try the bone gel to treat the broken bone, but the multiple action bug remains even if that would have worked)
You can't see any useful way to use FixOVein on Henry Davis.

Re: Surgery Multiplcation Bug
I have personally encountered this bug two rounds ago. I have also encountered a bug where I cannot pull out "unknown objects" from limbs and such.
Confirmed.

Re: Surgery Multiplcation Bug
I have done my best to reproduce this bug, but I was not able to replicate it. Fix'O'Vein works when an internal wound is detected, and the duplicate messages were fixed with a hotfix pushed yesterday
Please attempt to reproduce this bug, if possible with an admin who can collect some VV info

Still no reproduction steps, closing this as I go through surgery issues. If this is still an issue, open a new thread with updated details
