Shoulder holster for m4a3 pistol for everybody

Summary: Add classic SS13 pistol holster to every locker and\or vending machines in prep. room

Benefits: everybody will be able to access reserve gun with just 1 click in case of emergency, so more lives will be saved due to convenient and faster way of storing and using.

Details: because devs again removed m4a3 pistol from the pool of items which may be placed into pocket slots, theres no way to access pistol fast enough to be able to defend itself in case of primary weapon being knocked out of the hands by aluems or due to a wounded hand.
Officers belt-holster, which now available in vendos not suites well for all non-standard marines (especially engis and specs) and in most cases useless in comparison with standard belts for standard marines as well. Thus, 1-item pistol holster wont hurt balance at all while providing useful and realistic aid. Clips will be stored in common places like armor, belt and backpack, no changes here.

Implementation: code already exist, zero problems to implement idea.

Big fat +1 to this because I have to bug my SL for their holster but I'm pretty sure the vanilla holster will be phased out. If everyone got one it'd be seen as a buff (somehow, despite sidearms being virtually useless against anything but a young drone/larva) and it might be removed entirely soon. I'll still love it to death before it dies.

+1 There is no point in carrying a sidearm if you cannot quickly deploy it in combat.

I really don't think this will ever happen.

Sidearms are really something you have to accommodate for. We're looking to make choices, not dominant strategies.
