Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make auto Admin announcements about not aiming at head with 20 mins delay.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Lowering amount of rookies aiming at head and interfere playing of regular players, by killing them with few bullets.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): So, yesterday after surviving for 1,5 hours among aliens on planet and later on Sulaco, I died to some baldie shooting at knocked Queen in front of me. He shot me 5 times in the head, standing 1 tile behind me. Sadly, too many rookies don't know about uselessness and harmness of aiming at head.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Make Automated Admin Announcements which say "Aiming at head doesn't deal more damage to aliens, but instead other marines will suffer more from your friendly fire. Aim at center of mass or groin." or something like that. They should have 20 mins delay between them.
Alternative.
Make goddamn roundstart tips already.

Re: "Don't aim at head"
-1 People in LOOC and ESPECIALLY deadchat just loooove to remind players to not aim for the head, so we already have that.
I also don't like the idea of an obnoxious announcement being displayed every 20 minutes. Even if it were displayed only once per round, the only reason why OOC admin announcements are made are to clarify rules or make those weird philosophical haikus that admins love to write (everybody needs a friend, etc). Gameplay tips are left for new players to learn from veterans or just by playing the game.
Also baldies will be bald, you are going to be friendly fired regardless of how many times you plead not to be.

I aim for the eyes.
It has a lower hitrate, does no extra damage and fucks your friends up that much more :^)

Re: "Don't aim at head"
I feel like it is the players decision, it is up to them on where they want to aim.

Re: "Don't aim at head"
It might be a round tip, but the announcement bit is probably a no-go. Resolved/denied?
