Bug Description: Have an ancient meme remove an arm. Get put in a stasis bag and watch as radiation causes your phantom hand to mutate.
Steps to reproduce:
1. As per above lose an arm (and by extension the hand)
2. Get put in stasis bag
3. Phantom Mutation Syndrome
Having an arm removed causes stasis bags to still deform the missing hand
