Increase Queen Cost for Gibbing

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make Queen Gibbing cost more plasma/give it an extreme CD

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Stops queens from meta gibbing all the corpses. It's the new "eat a corpse" thing to make sure its impossible for marines to be cloned, and it costs hardly anything but 2-3 seconds of a queens time (Which is already sitting in the hive anyways).

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Make it cost a large, large amount of plasma to do, increase the queens vulnerability while doing it, make it a 2+ minute CD, or just remove it entirely.

Uh...i don't see the point of this suggestion, if you are dead and a queen finds you, you are probably inside the hive, which is nearly immpossible to get a rescue from, and she can't gib infected ones that died

If the queen sets up her base of operations across the river, however, she can just gib as she sees fit.

As far as admins are concerned nothing ayys do with bodies short of putting them on the rasp pad is meta. They have ruled this multiple times.
The queen devoted 2 eggs worth of plasma to removing the SLIM chance you get recovered and cloned from the hive.

Queen is the only xeno that can do this. Queen has to stand still to do this. You have to be uninfected and still to do this. The queen can kill any marine at any time she wants, infected or not, so I don't really see the problem allowing her to gib corpses. Denied.
