I like your mind. Approval of players given
DEAD: Alien Larva (925) says, "which guys will be in your squad if you could choice?"
DEAD: ADMIN(SASoperative) says, "Hernandez. Nikolatz. Casca. Maybe Weeter.... And Carl scorpion"

Made Shutko and Raikyh run this obstacle course.

Shutko did it at 43 seconds.

Raikyh at 55 I think.

a fore thought, if there are to be drill sergeants to be picked, please be careful on the individuals that are chosen. Personally, you almost need a room like briefing, in which to sort out a firing range and drill yard into. Atleast then you could take the time and explain things to people. Unfortunately everything hinges on people listening. Which we seem to have a lack of at times.

P.S ALPHA NEVER AGAIN

Well we did this once before but It wasn't exactly executed well with both teams cheating and such.. would be nice to see it again but instead of do push ups maybe have some actual training in say medical or engineering the basics of course nothing complicated.

I was just about to post this!
It's not about what should people do or what should'nt, more like it's about that people lack the very basic workflow of teamwork, i'm most of times playing SL, and people barely know what to do when they discover a threat, I have to learn people on field what to do, wich is real pain , they rambo it, and dont even communicate with squadmembers, what i'm trying to point out here that we should have certain degree between FUN and SERIOUS FUN, full fun will just unleash deathmatch, yet serious fun, with people actually knowing how to engage, why to take cover, and how to communicate with your squad, would be much more fun in various terms

At least one day in week of scheduled hour event without aliums of learning why to hold together, what to do when you encounter something unusual, at what condition use weapons and what to do, people WONT even cover you when you say you're reloading, that means point blank shooting at opponent with suppresive fire, to keep them in cover, i was observing marines lately and all i see is that people massshoot aliums, then get wrecked because of lack organisation, and not even backup to FOB or sulaco, and just loose ..., there's lot of people that know at least basic rules of engagement

Without those, it's harder to play, more frustrating and soul-less/empty, marines do get training, but if you're entering mediocore RP server without actually know how to even communicate with squad, where's the RP?

One hour event weekly, scheduled and announced, people will come, get mentor that knows something about actual army drills or at least is interested in army stuff, you'll improve by that ALOT ... People who want to come, Will come those who dont, wont ..

+1
How do i look when talking with someone normal
