CQB Specialist
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Granting Mk221 Semi Automatic Shotguns as an option to SLs and specialists.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This would give specialists another loadout to chose from with which they could bring massive close quarters damage to the frontline. For SLs, it would be a nice benefit in exchange for wrangling the meatheads all day besides just big text, and make us feel that much more special.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Mk221 Tactical Shotguns would be avaliable in SL and specialist vendors. Incendiary slugs may also be an option with either a hack or a coin for some extra punch. Mk221s are kind of useless in their current state, as they're only accessible by MPs who rarely use lethals, so why not actually put them where they'll see combat?

Re: CQB Specialist
This would be cool if it wasn't for all the FF that would probably kill this guy

Re: CQB Specialist
Would be EXTREMELY useful if the guy using it is on the front, and in narrow spaces

Re: CQB Specialist
You can already pick up those weapons from req. As for a loadout options, it's inferior to the other stuff. Maybe as a bonus for the B18, but I don't see this ever making it to the SL.

I doubt you are talking about auto shotguns here. Or... Are you?forwardslashN wrote:You can already pick up those weapons from req. As for a loadout options, it's inferior to the other stuff. Maybe as a bonus for the B18, but I don't see this ever making it to the SL.
I myself know that there are underslug shotguns that work just like auto shotguns that you can get from the RO. Sure, you only get 5 shots, but hey, it is easier to use than the underslug GL.

RO can get them in weapon crates, along with other rare guns.Renomaki wrote:I doubt you are talking about auto shotguns here. Or... Are you?

Re: CQB Specialist
I mean, yeah sure, but that's quite a process to actually get and from most of my experiences with ROs, 1 in 50 ROs would actually do it for you. I think making Mk221s just available to specs and SLs would let the weapon see some more action.forwardslashN wrote: RO can get them in weapon crates, along with other rare guns.

Yeah I agree it is quite a process and most of the time they won't do it for yourankdiRty wrote: I mean, yeah sure, but that's quite a process to actually get and from most of my experiences with ROs, 1 in 50 ROs would actually do it for you.
