Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a way to increase the minimum FPS for your screen.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
The game looks much better in 60 FPS, and I can assume it would run on 60 with only minor lag. (Until the SM blows)
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
In your character setup or in some other tab, have a thing that you can use to change the FOS.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
It has been done on many other servers, I assume only minimum coding.

FPS is not really an issue in SS13.

The lag that you get is server lag or your network lag.

So get a better connection (stop downloading/uploading while playing) and pray that someone doesn't griff the SM.

I like my ss13 at 2 fps the way space jesus intended.
