Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Like admins, ghosts should be able to jump to any explosion and see the size of it. There should be a pref toggle in the ghost panel to turn it on or off.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Let ghosts see where the action and big booms are at.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Pretty easy, it's already implemented for admins. Just let ghosts see it too.
