Refilling expended autoinjectors with a syringe adds another expended message

Bug Description:
When you refill a autoinjector with a syringe thats already been used once and use it again it takes on a extra Expended message so eventually it can be Oxycodone - Expended Expended Expended etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get autoinjector
2. Use autoinjector
3. Refill autoinjector with a syringe, do not shove them into nanomeds
4. Use autoinjector again

You aren't supposed to refill autoinjectors. It breaks many of them if you do... I'll adjust this.


Clarification: You aren't supposed to refill them with SYRINGES.
You should place them back into the vendor.
