Replace Lower Deck Windows with Ultra-Strong Windows

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Many times this area in particular has been breached, commonly at certain times for instance boarding if marines can box xenos in that area in lower deck tend to result in breaching. I am suggesting we replace the bottom deck windows with the ultra strong windows so xenos don't breach or marines do.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): To prevent breaching in the lower deck as well not requiring staff to always fix this breach.

+1, really awkward for xenos and marines to fight down there.

Wait, so you'll give us MT's like 10 free ultra-strong windows to use as we wish, as long as we seal it with regular glass before we pry em out? AWESOME!

-1. Lower the blast doors, OR don't get in a gunfight next to windows.

EDIT- I will get behind having the INSTALLED BLAST DOORS closed at round-start. That'll solve most cases, while still preserving the "Know your backstop, jackass" penalty for going weapons-free.

We have an anti-breaching rule, true, but I feel people are calling foe it to be so mechanically enforced that we aren't on a "Spaceship", so much as a big box with no way in or out that could be sitting in a grassy field, for all we can tell.

There are 4 windows to space in the Sulaco. Lower maint (Blast doors), Bridge (Emergency shutters), 2 close-by windows in medical maint (Don't go to maint and shoot out a window...), and the waste gas cooler (Ultra-strong already).

3 of the 4 have hard counters installed already (Med maint does NOT), and if you can't use the in-place hard counters, there should be penalties.

I'd remove the windows out right. The lower deck windows in engineering make no sense at all. It's a room that's got fuel tanks, tools, an APC and a few other things that you really don't want near a window. A window in CL's office or somewhere that actually makes sense on having a view would be more logical. Not one right under the engine bay and used for industrial work.
