Front page chat idea.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): There is already a notification in chat when a new thread gets posted. Why not have one for round starts?

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Players browsing the forums will see a new round message and there is a better chance they will join the round.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Straight forward, new chat message notifying people of a fresh round. The benefits would be more players likely to join.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Piggyback off the the new thread chat message code.
