New Type of Marine Squad-Reserves

This isn't really something that's needed, but I think that it would add some fun Role Play aspect to the game. When starting the round, people should be able to join as a reserve marines. They could either be like spectators for the round only to spawn (wake up) when the CO gives the order, or they can join and be like a Reserve Squad Medic or Spec and just kinda be like assistants to the Sulaco until needed in action. Admins would probably make it a spectate until they are needed and it seems that would be the better idea.

Like I said, this isn't really needed, but I can see at time to where this could be useful, say if FoB is being under attack and they need backup, send in the Reserve Squad.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): The admins would just add like a third join button in the start menu that says like, Join USMC Reserve! You could pick one of the normal marine jobs, then if you get in, you be one of them. Also, if the admins didn't want the extra stuff on the Sulaco, they can just make them a like Distress call candidate, the USMC Reserve, just have them in the standard marine gear instead of the special stuff.

I'll stick to neutral, some of what you said might be interesting, but there's many a flaw like adding additional SPCs when those are literally the keystone to marine's defences (SPCs are the ones holding the line, only covered by an army of grunt, adding more would change the dynamic).

Why wouldn't you just latejoin? Generally, observing is for when you want to watch the round with the possibility of playing as xeno.
