Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a printing press to create formated texts per quantity and OPTIONALLY posters.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This would allow for more pre-formatted paperwork to be done, make paperwork legitimately good as it'd be quick and efficient and severely promote it.
What's the downside, outside the work involved to make the device? Truly, this would only come as a great addition to promote roleplay and/or possibly propaganda!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Basically a machine loaded with paper and various components to the dev's discretion.
The machine takes the paper, an amount and a text format, copying various pre-formated texts on demand.
It can add formats at will and will allow for X numbers of these formated texts to be printed at will, making the user able to make douzens of forms if required.
(optional) Allows for posters to be printed to be put around the sully, would be silly I admit, but add flavour.

Hmm... This might be doable. We'd make a few pre-generated text documents and you'd be able to print them from a document printer on the bridge or CL office or random other place...
