Marines Punished For Sadar Spam

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): I will try to type this as calmly as possible, But out of the last 3 rounds I have played, All 3 of them have been plagued with 1 thing, What is that? Sadar spam. That's right. Oh hey, There's 1 alien over there, It's A T1 or T2 you say? It's alone you say? JUST THROW MORE ROCKETS AT IT MY BOY.

TL;DR : Make it so Marines get punished for throwing a Sadar rocket at a Single T1/T2, T3 or groups of T1/T2'S would be fine.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Stopping some Alium salt, Making sure that Marines actually act like Marines and preserve the rockets they have.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): A marine get's a punishment or something, Maybe a warning..? And gets in more trouble once doing it more? I'm not sure.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): No idea, Not like I make rules or anything.

Dunno how you can punish them. I think it's auto-punishment, because he'll run out of Ammo.

And he'll get kill by a T3 and you can only hope he'll undestand and stop wasting ammo.

Aliens don't have many things that'll insta kill you in an unfair way as long as you're with your teammates and are paying attention.

Sadars will leave you with almost no time to respond once fired and will usually crit.

Hugger Decap isn't aloud and you can get punished for it.

Spit spam requires aliens to be 4 tiles closer to their target, Hard when A marine knows how to aim, Tackle spam is for marines that get caught, Incompetent Marines just means they need to get good.

Yes you can, I've been told by MANY admins that you can get punished for killing once a Marine is crabbed.

I can promise you that isn't the case. Your probably thinking of hosts that are INFECTED and CAPTURED, since admins and mods do hate it when you kill them. But COMBAT hugging and decapping? How do you think those late game carriers get their kills? What your saying is that when you hug a marine you literally are either forced to nest or let him live, which is just wrong

Again, your saying that when someone is facehugged they must either be nested or you have to let them get up and try to kill you before you kill them. Think for a second about that.

SADAR is already limited by its capacity and ammo. Once a SADAR user fires, try and rush them since they're gonna take a second to either swap weapons or an eternity to reload.

Also its a common misconception that the sadar crits ayys, It will only crit runners without a followup shot. If ayys properly respond to a sadar being fired and move up they can save the ayy and now the sadar has one less HE.

-1 The fact Sadar has a required reload as well it takes the Sadar spc to stand still for few seconds than fire I quite fine. I understand there may be salt for killing a T1 or T2 and wasting a Sadar on i but what's honestly wrong with that? I see a xeno across and all I got is a Sadar and I got a clear shot what's the spc gonna do? Of course fire the rocket, this suggestion I see it would simply create even more salt marine wise I mean yes might lessen salt xeno wise.

Hugging and killing before infection happens has always been allowed, apop said it many times. I'm not super fond of the tactic, and prefer to hugger the helmet off and tackle -> decap, but it is very much allowed.

Why would we give someone a rocket launcher if they can't use it? This seems pretty strange of a suggestion to me. Either way, as a rule suggestion, this is not workable. Enforcing the specialist to conserve ammo based on some abstract formula would just infuriate the person, for good reason. This is denied.
