You cannot move when you grab somebody in a wheelchair

Bug Description: This is a particularly odd bug. Strap somebody into a wheelchair, and then, grab intent and click them. Your grab will not show up, but you can now no longer move, as you are frozen in place. You can then unbuckle the person, and observe your grab appear. Rebuckling them will cause it to disappear once more. When they are unbuckled, you can now move around, but when you drop your grab intent, you are frozen in place until you grab them again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Strap somebody to a wheelchair
2. Grab intent + click person
3. Observe effects listed above
