Summary: Change the name of the implants located in the CL's office to better highlight the function of it. Instead of "loyalty" implants... how about W-Y Implant or Tracking Implant? This is actually closer to the actual function of the implant and is not misleading.
Benefits: No confusion over how to utilize these implants. Would benefit RP where there would be less chaos and a greater understanding of how to use these.
This is pretty short and simple, it's an easy fix in the code and shouldn't take long. It would help PMC and CL with their jobs or any nefarious plans from W-Y.
