Ability to slash armour lights on the dead

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Giving the xenos a ability to turn off armour lights on dead marines armour

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Fixes the bug of armour light sprite shining through resin walls ect. Posted this in bugs and they don't know how to fix it due to it being its sprite, so this is a easy fix to the bug.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Right click a marine who is wearing armour, and have a option of *slash light*. Much like floodlight slashing, it can be fixed with a welder.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I would imagine coding would be the answer
