Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Remember when UnkownMurder was headmod and Apop had to obey him? Now it is only Apop, every day, with no sight in end. I feel like this server couldn't be created by anyone BUT Apop, but it sure can be led by someone else.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It will give diversity to our server, allow for a change of pace, a focus. For example, one host may FOCUS TOTALLY on making a new Nostromo map and release it in his term, but then the other could work on improving the existing maps, rather than one leader focusing on one thing for all of eternity. This democracy system is used by many servers, like TG. I believe this is a good system to get a lot of work done in a lot of different ways.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Every three months, there will be an election. Only head people may enter the election to become host and command things, but they do not have to enter. One person can serve TWO TERMS per Year. You can set up your own election page and everything, and we can use a third party voting site to vote.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Just the job of changing some ranks around every three months. Also, you could put a founder rank for Apop since he made all of this.

Note: I do know the memes surrounding the Staff Members; calling them "HITLER", or "FASCIST FUCKS", but this is serious. It'll be good!

I only now realized how many political flame wars can develop here.

And TG implemented a thing like this, it's going pretty well. They're producing a lot of different stuff now.
