Remove Speech Bubbles on Dead Bodies

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Didn't know if I should put this on Bugs or Suggestions, so I put it here. Kind of breaks immersion when a dead marine is making a speech bubble when talking in deadchat. I think it happens when they are in their body, and speak in deadchat

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Makes dead people more dead? I've also seen it used for people to signal to their teammates that they are hugged or dead, and they should help him.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Remove it so that marines can't make a speech bubble when typing in dead chat

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):No idea how to fix it besides removing it from dead people.

This is more of a bug than a suggestion I think. And yeah, it does cause issues sometimes, people also use it to let docs know they are in their body.
