Enhance Medical Analyzer

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Improve the functionality of the Medical Analyzer.


Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Allows for more accurate diagnosis. Quality of life improvement in that the analyzer relays information that is also notable by regular observing.


Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Medical Analyzer would be improved to:

Identify fracture locations (including areas other than arms and legs which it doesn't do for some reason), and whether those fractures are splinted. I don't see why the analyzer should be able to identify limb fractures, but not those elsewhere. Beyond that, it should relate information that is observable at a glance (splinted locations) for quality of life reasons.

Identify whether a patient has organ damage other than to the brain (including eyes, heart, etc), and the general extent of that damage (like the brain damage feedback, it's not exactly quantified); expands existing brain damage diagnosis to other organs and allows for more timely administration of Peridaxon.

Identify whether someone can be revived with the defibrillator; i.e. if they do or do not qualify for resuscitation via defib, which will become the main avenue of revival when cloners are removed; if they cannot be revived, provides the general reason (e.g. too much brute/toxin/suffocation/burn damage, and/or too much time has passed, and/or no 'ghost' is present). Would save valuable defib charge and prevent time wastage on defibbing unviable targets.

Make all medicines/painkillers scannable and identifiable by the Health Analyzer (why is Oxycodone not scannable?).

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Minor coding changes.

+1 It makes sense and I think it would approve medical abilities, and help out medics/doctors alike

-1 Bodyscanners take like an extra second. If you do this may as well remove body scanners entirely.

Bodyscanners tell you about shrapnel and larval infection, and give you much more precise information.

The entire idea of the change is to expand on capabilities the analyzer already has that are arbitrarily limited to certain body parts/organs for basically no good reason (why does it tell you about leg/arm fractures, but not rib fractures? Brain damage but not heart damage? Etc), or to give it capabilities it clearly should have (like splint detection).

The analyzer can provide more information while still being vague. It's weird to ask a patient whether a fracture is in their head or their chest. We don't need to make it display everything, just a few quality of life changes.
Aka Dennis Hunt the (usually) overworked medic/doctor.

I'm fine with showing splints, and if they can be defibbed but I have legitamit complaints about the rest, which I will get to tonight

Maybe as a researchable/craftable item? Seeing as its an upgrade to an existing item but better. Similar to the laser scapel.
