Summary: Give the grenade launcher unique ammo so standards can steal it, give it more ammo types and more powerful grenades.
Benefits: Make the grenade competitive with the SADAR and Smartgun. And ingenerally more appealing and a more viable choice
Details: Give it six round drums of ammo, HE, Incendiary, EMP, Homing and Mine HE, Mine INCEN and Mine EMP. The EMP giving xenos caught in it drunken screen quaking and randomized walking and takes out predator cloaks and other electronics but also disables marine radios and lights. The standard grenades are timed unless they hit, or come within two tiles of a xeno, or anything without a ID, in which case they instantly explode.

+1. Would help make it less hopelessly dependent on MedSci to be useful.
I'm not sure I like giving it unique ammo; probably better to add a mechanical block like an ID lock.
