Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): This happened way back on September the 12th. Now you may be asking "Why did you kidnap a marine and shoot at them?"
Well, here's the story (You can Skip this if you want to be ignorant of what happened)

I'm a survivor wondering around when suddenly I hear the pod landing, I'm like 'Oh...'
I shut off my light and run off into the darkness and wait to see who it is.

A squad of marines comes out and I'm like "Oh, rescue?" I turn on my light and all, but one run off.
The one that didn't run off ignored me when I asked who he was. After a couple minutes, I get annoyed at him being silent and ignoring me completely. I pepper spray and cuff him before beginning to drag him to the forest to a safe place where his squad won't interrupt precious RP.

A single marine followed me. I panic and begin trying to escape into the jungle by removing the light on the marine and me. I corner myself by accident, I couldn't escape through simply pushing the cuffed guy out of my way. I used my pepper spray again to spray both of them. I run off into the darkness before they get up and pursue me with guns, they start firing. I get hit. I get my MAR-40 and begin to return fire. I heavily injure both of them, and they have done the same to me. After that, I believe an admin contacted me to what happened and why I did such a thing. That's all I remember.

(Don't skip this part) So I kidnapped a marine due to him failing to respond to me for a couple minutes I use non-lethel means to capture him before running off with him for the intent to question him. A single marine interferes with this and I attempt to escape with my captured marine. I corner myself by mistake and I'm trapped, I use non-lethel means again to try and escape. I escape the corner, but the marines pursue me. They shoot first and I return fire, they're both heavily injured as am I, but I leave them alone as they retreat and instead treat myself.

Now, That sounds like RP to me. I also feel the ban was utter bull crap, and that's why I am here to get it lifted. Now, ask questions if you must, and I will answer to the best of my abilities.
