Your Byond ID: Bulaven
Character Name: The name of the character in question, again, is Cole Lloyd.
Type Of Ban (Job-ban, Timed Ban, Permaban): Temporary ban.
Admin who banned you (if known): snyperhunter007
Total Ban Duration: 180 minutes, I'd assume.
Remaining Duration: About an hour.
What other servers do you play on? Aurorastation (Exodus), Polaris (Northern Star)
Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? None.
Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Evidently, EORG
Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable): None, although there was a mistaken ban of the same nature last month, on this very date.
Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Frankly, I was unaware of this ban for two hours after the fact. I do not mean to seem agitated, but more of perplexed. That's not something I say lightly. I don't have what I had before, paragraphs of evidence and witness testimony, but I do have this to say: I was banned for EORG, I had no idea I -Had- been banned, but I can say, to the best of my knowledge, that the ban was likely attributed to a stray bullet. I was the Executive Officer, in the Northwestern Tunnels, and, as we had won the round, we all proceeded to simply screw around, shooting at resin walls, et cetera.
A Marine on the ground, I can't even remember his -Name-, was facehugged shortly before the round ended. Another Marine pulled off the hugger, and I pulled my .44 revolver, and tried to shoot it. I killed the hugger, but not after I had unintentionally shot the Marine in the chest or some such.
I realize that it's a "He Said, She Said" here, but I'm going to be perfectly blunt about it. I love this server, and have eleven years of Roleplaying experience across other platforms (World of Warcraft, ArmA 2, Lord of the Rings: Online, EVE, Face of Mankind, Warcraft III, Multi Theft Auto: Roleplay*, Garry's Mod, Starcraft/Starcraft II, and Starwars: Galaxies/Starwars: The Old Republic to name most of them). Frankly, non-RP actions and griefing sicken me. A little shooting at the end of the round at a wall of resin is perhaps the most I would tolerate.. Which is why most of the lenient Officers and Marines tend to dislike my very serious play style.

That being said...
I would hope that these Bans do not become too frequent a thing. I do not say this to mock anyone, provoke anyone, or say that someone isn't doing their job. I would just ask that, if such a ban were to be doled out again, that an attempt to clear things up with me beforehand be made, if at all possible. I'm not asking that people go out of their way and break their backs to let me know that I'm being banned, but a question toward my actions, either through the Server itself or via BYOND chat, would be met with my most sincere gratitude.
Thank you for your time.

If you shoot a marine it is no question EORG. You are also not supposed to appeal bans that are less than 24 hours.
