Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was banned for allegedly having a terrible attitude and being a terrible player, but numerous feats of mine put that view to rest. I have successfully driven back the xenos as Commander, acted as a superb Chief Medical Officer, and even performed as an above average Executive Officer. I ask that I be unbanned from all positions except Chief Engineer, and view my ban on other positions as a result of actions that could've only been done as Chief Engineer quite overkill, and unnecessary. Furthermore, although at the time I was unaware of the game mechanics that would result in my actions being dangerous to the well-being of the ship, I have since been enlightened by Apophis and ask that a removal of the Chief Engineer job ban also be considered.

I remember reading your notes earlier today, and while you do have a lot of them, they're for improper escalation and the like. Mostly.

Can you give specific examples of your improved playstyle?

Even without your last ban you'd still be denied due to all your notes.

Play for awhile in some lesser roles then appeal again.

I successfully, to my own awe and the awe of others as a researcher built a bluespace beaker. I know this a lesser role, and my performance in it is not evident of my performance as chief engineer, but this proves that I'm not just some baldie with no knowledge of the game mechanics. Furthermore, Feweh's response to nearly every one of my appeals is either that of a child or of an elder who shouldn't be moderating a roleplaying game. My notes also stated that it should be a heavy ban next time, not a job-ban on specific jobs that had nothing to do with my current ban. I have served as CMO and ran an effective ship, producing large amounts of needed reagents such as Bicardine, Dermaline, Oxycodone, and Peridaxon. I understand your reluctance to permit my return to an engineering position, but barring me from all command positions for an engineering decision seems quite counterintuitive, unless your only objective is to force me away from enjoying the server, Feweh.

Furthermore Feweh, you're entire argument is fairly biased. You don't understand that you, not me, not anyone else, banned me not only for a week, but you also banned me at that same time, from all command roles, after you had stated previously that you weren't even going to ban me at all. I really don't think that your intention was to warn me at all, and instead, strongly believe your intention all along was to drive me away from enjoying colonial marines because you don't approve of my methods, and view yourself as the self-proclaimed ruler of this little realm. contrary to your own belief, people have free will and you shouldn't be punishing them for the same action twice, just because you don't like them.

Can you provide any witnesses to support your claims of advanced knowledge? Anyone who can say that you're a stellar commander, executive officer, and chief medical officer like you claim? The only evidence you've provided is boastful claims at best.

You seem to believe you were targeted in some manner. The fact of the matter is, every single player has carte blanche when they log into the server. We hold no grudges and no bias. When you log in, it's as if you're a brand new player. It's when you break the rules that your past is dregged up. Your past is particularly bad. In the past month you've managed to receive 15 notes on your account. You were banned because you haven't learned from any of those previous warnings or bans.

Our job is to maintain the fun and RP for every player on the server. What you did had the potential to ruin the round for everyone and force a restart. Instead, Feweh tried to intervene and warn you beforehand. Then you let out the phoron anyway. This ban is more than warranted especially given your history. Reappeal the jobbans in a few weeks, and I'll support it, but right now, sit it out for a bit.
