Your Byond ID: I'm honestly not even sure which one I had used. I was banned very long ago. 1-2 years ago. It could have been one of the following that I had used: Quavo, Lofaf, Galaxor, Elcacooey, or any one linked to those. I had a tendency for making accounts and forgetting the names and or passwords. I only use Lofaf and Galaxor now - Lofaf for home desktop and Galaxor on my Laptop's Byond.

Character Name: Unsure.

Type Of Ban (Job-ban, Timed Ban, Permaban): Perm.

Admin who banned you (if known): Apop I believe.

Total Ban Duration: For-ev-er.

Remaining Duration: For-ev-er 2: Electric Boogaloo.

What other servers do you play on? Eng/Rus Fallout 13 Station, Europa Station HRP, /tg13/ Station: Gloom 3.37

Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? Nope.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): The reason is as follows: C18AUG2015 - This is part of a multi-key and toxicity ban. It can only be lifted by Apop.

Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable): I have applied 2-3 times before, I do not remember the names of the accounts I had, hence why I had made this new forum account. But they were all denied on the grounds that I "have not shown enough change" even though I have not been on the server for a while.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): It's been a very long time since I've played. I've explained in my previous posts (as far as I can remember) that my multi-keying was a product of being banned at my apartment so I made a key at my college to play inbetween classes, which I was later told was still multi-keying as well as ban evasion. I understand that I did grief a considerable amount: I.e, Incindiary grenades (when they were still in, that was the last time I had played) and had gotten into other fights with marines which ended in gun fights rather than me calling guards. My last ban was due to me falling out of the drop ship as the admin thought I was breaking RP/ griefing. I had opened the door to stand next to it, I had given a speech about parachuting beforehand and was sucked out of the drop ship, so I can see why he thought I had intentionally jumped out. The last time I believe I appealed was around June and I would like to play on this server again as it has been around a year now that I have played. My memory is a bit fuzzy so I have have played around January but I do not believe I did as I was very sick and in the process of moving, I think my last play time was in October or September of 2015 - Over a year ago. I've spoken to Freemysoul & Coroneljones on Discord who have both suggested I make a new appeal and hope for the best after I asked what they suggest.

Please, your a WELL KNOWN griefer. Literally, 2 seconds of background checks reveled you linked to SEVERAL known grief accounts and CID randomizer flags from SEVERAL different server hosts.

So, would you care to rephrase:

Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? Nope.

As I know for a fact, you have several bans on other servers Lofaf. Or should I say.... NiggaLuaKing

I mean, there's a SMALL chance some of the accounts aren't you, but you are obviously someone who attempts to Evade using Proxies and CID randomizers for such a wide spread of notes/bans. And I haven't even heard back from all the other server hosts yet.

So, riddle me this:

Why should we unban you?

What? I don't have 30-40 accounts, not even close. At most I have 10 - 15, I actively use 4 now - Galaxor/Lofaf for Dragon Universe characters (which is actually pretty fun) and Elcacooey for specific SS13 servers. Coeco is not an account of mine but I do recognize the rest. I've never used a proxy or a CID randomizer, although I will admit I did look into about a year or two ago but never figured out how to use them so I gave up on that. There's a good 95% chance that you won't believe that, but it's the truth.

And the only server (SS13) that I've been playing on is Fallout 13. I have actively avoided griefing on that server, but have been perma'd twice in the past two weeks due to the admins getting very mad over IC issues.
Let me give you the run down on what happened. The fact that I even have to explain a ban from another server to try and get unbanned on Colonial..


Fallout 13-

1st Incident - I was a raider named Rick James. Raiders in that server have the objective to survive, but are aloud to kill as long as RP is involved.
I'm a raider traveling with another raider who helped me rob somebody. We come across two people - a man and a girl. We attempt to talk to them but they ignore us so we initiate a firefight. The first one goes down and the second one is eating multiple buckshot rounds at nearly point blank range. I assume that maybe they just have tough armor? Nope. I'll explain how they were able to stay alive in a second. I begin to reload my shotgun and the person that was eating the buckshots turns the corner I was hiding behind and his me with an incendiary round. I catch on fire and immediately start rolling around. I see them walk off like nothing happened. I get permabanned no more than 10 seconds are they walk off with the reason being: "nice meme name" or something along the lines. Turns out the guy I got into a valid gunfight with was an admin. I screenshot it, join the discord and bring it up to the admin who says he needs a reason to deadmin the person anyways and joins another room, I wait for him to come back and tell me if I'm unbanned or not and he comes back and tells me that I'm unbanned but talks down to me the whole time as if I'm an idiot for not knowing that Rick James is apparently a meme name and that I wasn't aloud to have it, even though I've seen people with actual meme names but whatever. I say thanks and leave the discord.

2nd Incident - I'm a raider, again. I kill a regulator to steal their gear and use it as a disguise to break into the vault. I make my way to the vault and plead with them to let a humble regulator in. They're hesitant at first, but then they let me in and give me the job of doctor. I play along and do my job until I find it suitable to begin my goal - to take the vault over for myself and only myself. Now keep in mind, this is all within RP and there is nothing state in the rules or otherwise that says you cannot do this. So I make my way to the 2nd floor and make small talk with a few vault dwellers, scoping out spots to hide people, to eliminate witnesses, etc. I strangle one person and get a prayer/voice in my head that says "We're watching..." so I pray back something along the lines of myself asking for the gods to instill me with power to cleanse the vault of heathens. I strangle two more people, no further head messages. As I'm stripping a body a borg walks in and I play dead before he sees me. He's completely puzzled and I pop up, take him by surprise and laser him to death. Nobody heard or saw that, cool. I receive another voice in my head that tells me something along the lines of: "The vault would look better painted red with the blood of their residents..". I walk out of the dorms like nothing happened with newfound confidence only to see a naked woman cuffed and being dragged by a guard. I spring into action and "save" her by killing the guard, which was the perfect cover for me to eliminate someone without arousing suspicion. She thanks me and another vault member shows up and questions us to which we explain what happened. She tells us that we need to help her rebel against the corrupt overseer so we agree. She lets us into the armory armory to grab guns and she leaves the woman that I saved in there with me while she grabs another rebel. I take this chance to murder the woman I saved, and exit the armory swiftly. Just as I do this a member of the vault walks into the second floor and sees the bodies. He asks what's going on and I tell him that I'm adding another body to the pile. Completely taken aback, he stands there in shock as I gun him down. Not even 3 seconds after I kill him I get an admin message that says: "why lol" and I tell him "I am a raider and I've made it my goal to take this vault for myself." he then says: "Is that some sort of epic psychopath meme? lol" I begin typing mysponse when I'm hit with a perma ban with the reason of "cya later" and that's all. Turns out, the person I just killed was an admin who had gotten very mad that I just killed him. I get kicked from the discord as well. I immediately go into the discord for the server to message the server owner to ask what was up with that. He blocks me instantly. I ask another admin what's going on and tell them my story of what just happened. The admin explains that I am not to be unbanned and says that they themselves weren't given a reasoning behind it and explained that they were sorry but there was nothing more that they could do, so I leave it at that because I know I am not going to get unbanned.


Europa Station -
Two 24hr bans -

1st Incident - Not understanding that it was a HRP server at first, I escalated an incident from squabble to murder. Two people had attempted to break the windows to the ship to flood it. Taking their actions as nothing but griefing (they had already been detained earlier for doing that) I shot them both to death. The admin had asked why I did that and I told them that they were griefing and weren't going to stop any other way. The admin had told me it was already resolved and had slapped a 24 hour ban for the killings.

2nd Incident - I had thrown a shuriken at someone and a knife to clear inventory space (you can spawn with gear, I forgot to uncheck the boot knife) which hit someone who walked onto the tile I was aiming for since there were no trashcans. Apparently, they both bled to death because we had no doctors. The admin spoke to me and I had admitted to hitting the first person but explained that the second one was an accident. Again, I was slapped with a 24 hour ban. I have not been back to the server since due to the server being down since it's in alpha and still being worked on.

So if those are the incidents you are talking about, the bans were unjustified on the F13 server but Europa's were justified.

Currently, these are the only accounts I've been using since I reinstalled Byond on my new PC in September.

I no longer use any of the accounts except for Elcacooey, Galaxor, and Lofaf.

Other than that, I don't use any of the other accounts that you've mentioned because like I said, I forgot the names/passwords for them. I don't play space anymore other than the servers I mentioned and I mainly play Dragon Universe. Now, I've been trying to get unbanned from this server specifically for a little over a year now, going on two years next year. If I had any intentions to grief this server - knowing full well I'd be on the shortest leash possible if I were to be unbanned - would I really still be trying to get unbanned? This is a sincere plea for an unban to actually play on this server. Had I had any intentions to grief then I would have given up any form of appeal months and months ago because I already know I'd be instabanned upon the first incident I'd be involved in. I've shared my ban experiences with you and have been as honest as I possibly can be and as much as my memory allows with you and your staff regarding my ban and activity on other servers as well as associated accounts.

The thing is, your IP, CID, and Ckeys are linked to known extreme griefers banned across most servers. I got several pages of results back just from one other server earlier today.
