ive been banned on other servers when i used to play them a looong time ago. a couple days ago i got bored and tried playing on paradisestation(?) and somehow ended up getting banned for raping someone or something. which is to say, i guess anytime you're naked and you grab someone its rape. which i think is just silly. but its not like i'd appeal that since i don't even play there.

its complete bullshit. i never meta'd anything as queen. that round as queen, i asked where to place a nest, and someone said to put a nest in tcomms. i made a nest there because i thought that would be, you know, different from the same exact nest every time.

its a terrible place to nest, and if i was metaing, i would say 'no because we will get rushed and raped by 60 marines'. but i roleplayed it and said hey, whatever. i was in constant communication with admins on at the time; there were two admins on, where i clearly communicated to them that i had no intention of metaing, and that i would order all aliens to avoid the landing pad and building on it.

I was told to be careful and received not even one message to stop. if any admin, at all, had said dont do this, i wouldn't have. but the communications i had with them all told me it was fine.

not only this, this ban happened AFTER the round was over, probably hours after the round. and its not even a ban by an admin, its by a fucking robot so i had no ability to defend it all. i dont remember the admins on at the time, but im sure at least some of them must remember the situation, or there must be logs wherein i clearly said both in alien chat and to the admins that i would not let them build around the landing pad.

and also i didnt scream, thats what an admin said, "dont be near landing pad and scream when they come down". thats the only thing i was told, and i specifically spent the beginning of the round in medbay because of that to make sure i didn't meta.

This is the exact definition of a metarush. You set up in the spot that is right next to where the marines used to land at LZ 2.

Adminbot is what staff use to send jobbans.

This is a terrible jobban appeal. Starting the appeal off with, "its complete bullshit" isn't a great way to appeal to staff to unban you.

its not a meta rush for several reasons. one: the idea of meta rush is a rush designed with forefronted knowledge, i did not build there because of forefronted knowledge. i built there in SPITE of forefronted knowledge, and the nest there was utterly wrecked.

two: i wasn't anywhere near the nest when the marines landed. specifically. i was in communication with admins who gave me the go ahead. i was told one restriction: don't screech on landing. so i was all the way up in medbay for the first 20 or so minute of marines landing.

if what i was doing was bannable, or the admins didn't want me to do it, why was i not told so. why was i only told "don't screech" on landing. you can read the logs where i literally say to an admin, 'i don't want to meta, so i'll make they don't build near the landing pad'.

its against the rules to build walls and shit around the landing pad because thats meta. and since i didn't want to meta i explcitily made sure any building was done in tcomms, and if you had been in the round you would see the building that was done was sparse.

if using the word bullshit offends you, i am sorry, but i take offense at being banned in the way i was. i feel tricked, and hurt that i was banned in a way that i feel was behind my back when i was working with the admins.

I'm very confused, you told us in ahelps that you didn't do any of this when you ahelped asking why you were job banned from alien.

what ahelps? today? today i spawned as a job banned alien and had to suicide because i guess if youre job banned you can't undo alien candidacy. i didnt want to be alien. i asked why i was job banned and i was told i meta rushed lz2, to which i responded "i didn't do that."

which is exactly why im appealing. i wouldn't be appealing a ban if i believed i had meta rushed.

What you did is technically power-gaming/meta. Also, starting your appeal off with "this is complete bullshit" is not a good idea.
