Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I imagine why I am banned is for using a VPN while trying to log on some servers. My justification for this is I was using Garena for Warcraft III and I logged onto the server without turning it off. The reason for using a VPN for Garena is that one of Garena's services is no longer available in my country.

I suggest you don't use VPNs, you got caught in a VPN of someone who attempts to evade.
